Right to Return

The customer will have an automatic right to a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the date of receipt of order of goods. If the goods have already been dispatched to the customer by Acen or a third party supplier, the customer will return the goods and a full refund including the initial carriage charge and the return carriage charge will be made.

The postal date stamp on the return package must be within 7 days of the date of receipt of order of goods by Acen. If goods are returned after this date, Acen, at Acen's discretion will either offer a full or part refund or will arrange delivery. If the goods have not been dispatched by Acen or a third party supplier, the order will be cancelled and no charges levied against the customer.

After the 7 day period, non faulty goods will be replaced or refunded at Acen's discretion. Customers will, however, be required to pay the carriage costs associated with the replacement goods. If a refund is granted, Acen will deduct the original carriage costs and a 5% (of total order value) administration fee from the amount refunded.
