Right to Return

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of the items on this order within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except cancellations of contracts for the purchase of DVD, VHS, audio, and software where the item has been unsealed. Other than this exception we will accept returns which are unused and in an "as new" condition.

As soon as we receive the goods you are returning we will refund the purchase price for that item and the proportion of the delivery charges relevant to it.
