Delivery

Standard Delivery

Delivery within the UK is usually within 3 working days from acceptance of the order. Despatch for customers outside the UK will also usually be within three days. Delivery will always be within the 30 days stipulated by UK law.

Express Delivery

Next day delivery is available in the UK providing that the order is received before 11.00 a.m. UK time. This clause is subject to the clauses governing 'Supply' and 'Force Majeure' in the Terms & Conditions.

Instant Delivery

Same day delivery is available on working days within a 5 mile radius of Cardiff (Wales) city centre. Orders must be received before 11.00 a.m. and goods will be delivered by 5.00 p.m. Special arrangements may be made, at Acen's discretion, if so requested by the customer. This clause is subject to the clauses governing 'Supply' and 'Force Majeure' in the Terms & Conditions.
